A NUTRITIONAL therapist and hypnotherapist from Malvern, who formulated her own weight-loss programme after struggling to lose the pounds herself with dieting, is offering 20 free places to anyone in Worcester and Cheltenham wanting to try her system and lose their flab.

Keren Milton, aged 53, is starting Slim For Good sessions at the Green Centre, Gresham Road, Dines Green, Worcester, on Wednesday March 2 and is offering the free places on a first come, first served basis.

Each free place includes four one hour sessions, all natural foods from supermarkets and weekly personal support.

Keren gained three stones while going through an early menopause but was determined to lose weight as she was training as a nutritional therapist and didn’t want to help others with their eating habits while she was getting heavier herself.

After trying lots of diet plans, some of which increased her weight, she came up with her own programme based on the things that worked for her.

“I have about 150 books about dieting and weight loss. I have taken the best of the best and what works for me,” she said. It combines a science-based hormone balancing diet with mind and behaviour changing techniques to motivate people and help them regain control of what they eat and to overcome emotional eating and cravings.

Keren is already running four-week programmes in Malvern at The Cube and Malvern Vale Community Centre, as well as one-to-one sessions. She now wants to offer people in Worcester a chance to try her system.

Anyone who needs to lose a stone in weight or more can apply for a free place by filling in a form online at http://www.slimforgood.co.uk/free-places.html, e-mailing info@slimforgood.co.uk, phoning 01684 342300 or texting 07990 517444.
