TODAY we begin a new nostalgia series in the Evesham and Cotswold Journals, kicking things off with a selection of images covering the building of Evesham Swimming Pool in the 1970s and also some eye-catching pictures of Pershore dating as far back as 1967.

Do you remember the pool being built in the town? Or perhaps you have your own nostalgia pictures of Evesham, Pershore and the surrounding villages, or in the Cotswolds?

Whatever form they take, we’d love to see them and help you share them with your fellow readers.

You can send your pictures to our community content editor at barry.kinghorn@newsquest.co.uk

Look out for more pictures from the past in next week’s Journals.
